ADP Meeting of the Minds 2021 in Review
Updated: Nov 14, 2022
This past week, RJ Reliance had the opportunity to sponsor the ADP Meeting of the Minds Virtual Conference (MOTM) 2021 on April 21st and 22nd. HR professionals from across the country were able to connect and learn about the latest trends in HCM. The RJ Reliance team gained valuable insight from featured speakers and took a deep-dive into the future of work.
WHAT WE LEARNED
INNOCATION IS THE KEY TO THE FUTURE OF WORK
President of ADP National Account Services, Debbie Dyson, welcomed conference attendees by reflecting on the past year and what it takes to emerge ahead. Innovation continues to transform the way we work, and it is up to us to take on new tasks, learn new technology, and discover new ways to stay connected. ADP’s President and CEO, Carlos Rodriguez, echoed this message by exploring the future of work and ADP’s vision for the road ahead. Unlocking the full potential of the future workforce by tapping into people’s passions and encouraging innovation is ADP’s focus.
ADP IS REIMAGINING THE PAYROLL EXPERIENCE
ADP believes that product innovation is the key to make work simpler, truly engage our workforce, and be a leader of change. Their products and solutions are designed with ease of use in mind, prioritizing efficiency, and an intuitive user experience. ADP meets the changing needs of our world of work by reimagining the payroll experience, investing in machine learning, and delivering actionable insights.
UNCERTAINTY BREEDS CURIOSITY
Keynote speaker Jay Shetty challenged us to prepare our mindset for the future of work. We must understand how to connect and engage with the next generation while also embracing the values of the current workforce. Each of us brings something new to the table, and while we need to appreciate our unique skills and talents, we also must accept the uncertainty of the future. We can only innovate if we recognize that we don’t know everything.
