Benefits Analyst
We are currently seeking a motivated, adaptable and driven individual to join our growing team headquartered in Chicago, IL as an HR Generalist. This position is full-time and fully remote.

About the Role:
RJ Reliance is rapidly growing, and we are looking for a Benefits Analyst to help ensure that provides clerical assistance to the human resources department and performs clerical duties associated with the company's benefits program.
What you'll do:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Performs data entry of benefits information; assures accuracy of entered data

Provides information to employees about benefit plans and options; answers questions regarding benefits policies and procedures

Coordinates day to day tracking and billing of employee benefit programs

Assists with the preparation of employees benefits booklets and other employee benefit communications

Provides clerical assistance with all company benefits programs included but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability and worker's compensation, 401 (k) and other pension plans

Assists the employees with completing benefit enrollment forms; assures all information is provided accurately and forms are completed

Maintain organized files and records

General clerical duties such as, photocopying, filing, faxing. emailing and mailing

Types and distributes internal and external correspondence as assigned

Answer, screens and direct incoming telephone calls as needed

Performs other duties as assigned by management
Required Experience:
-
2 years related experience
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to manage priorities and workflow
-
Ability to work effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels

Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures
