UKG Kronos Implementation Consultant
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to be our next UKG / Kronos Implementation Consultant and join our growing team headquartered in Chicago, IL. This position is fully remote, but client site visits may be necessary once covid restrictions are lifted.

About the Role:
This UKG / Kronos Implementation Consultant focuses on the following key areas:

Facilitate the design, configuration, and implementation of Kronos Workforce Central solutions for our clients and implementation partners.
What you'll do:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Support UKG / Kronos implementations, upgrades, and/or enhancements as a technical subject matter expert

Facilitating the configuration and implementation of UKG / Kronos solutions in multiple environments

Develop UKG / Kronos integrations (WIM) in alignment with UKG / Kronos best practices

Coordinate the testing of UKG / Kronos configuration and integrated solutions

Partner with client team members to ensure go-live and post-live success

Traveling to client-sites as requested by the client or as required once covid restrictions are listed
Education and Experience:
Required:
-
Prior participation in multiple UKG / Kronos implementations (or major projects) for large, enterprise firms
-
Deep expertise with UKG / Kronos WFC setup including Timekeeper, Accruals, Device Manager, Attestation, and Security/Access Profiles

Expertise working with UKG / Kronos database queries (SQL) and developing/deploying new integrations using WIM
-
Exposure to on-premise architecture preferred

2+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Payroll, and/or HR technology

Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies

Strong interpersonal skills and professional mentality for a client-facing role

Good organizational and communication skills in English
