Workforce Central Technical Consultant (Kronos/UKG)

We are currently seeking a technically skilled and driven individual to join our growing team as a Workforce Central Technical Consultant (Kronos/UKG). This position is full-time, remote, and includes a full salary and benefits package.

About the Role:

RJ Reliance is rapidly growing, and we are looking for a Workforce Central Technical Consultant (Kronos/UKG) to help our clients manage and optimize their Kronos/UKG Workforce Central (WFC) environments.  This role requires expertise in the technical aspects of WFC including integrations, reporting, stored procedures, and application upgrades.  This role is full-time employment as an RJR team member, working with our direct clients. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute SQL queries used for reporting

  • Scope, build, and deploy interfaces, custom reports, stored procedures, and other jobs

  • Collaborate with system teams to coordinate application upgrades and/or patches

  • Ensure security of HR and payroll information through established security protocols 

  • Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data

  • Collaborate with diverse team members including systems analysts, business analysts, architects, and vendors

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of the Kronos WFC data model (SQL database structure)

  • Proficiency in database models and queries including SQL, SSIS, and similar toolsets

  • Proficiency in Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and Setup Data Manager (SDM)

  • Working knowledge of end-to-end data transfer best practices

  • Experience working with various HRIS applications including ADP, UltiPro, Workday, etc. 

  • Experience with external data visualization and analytics toolsets including Cognos, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent experience

  • Experience in web-based development and software design and architecture

  • Strong experience in executing Kronos Implementation projects using SDLC life cycle best practices (ie. requirement gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, issue identification, enhancements and go-live support) 

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a small team

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadines
